The capital city, Riyadh, is set to host the draw ceremony for the World Firefighting and Rescue Championship on Monday, October 27, 2025.

The event is held under the umbrella of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers (ISFFR) and is jointly organized by the General Directorate of Civil Defense and the International Federation, with the participation of 22 countries from various continents around the world.

The draw ceremony will take place at the headquarters of the Organizing Committee in Riyadh, in the presence of representatives of the ISFFR, heads of participating sports delegations, and international referees, in preparation for the official start of the competitions on Sunday, October 26.
